The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Day shift HGV Class 1 driver(s) to work for DHL Tradeteam based in Burton on Trent (DE14). This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global distribution company with full training provided.

• Pay: Monday to Friday- £16.87 Per Hour PAYE with holiday pay accrued on top
• Hours: Start Times From 03:00 to 15:00
• Minimum Paid Hours 9.6 Per Shift
• Working week: Days - Monday to Friday
• Location: Burton on Trent (DE14)
• Duration: Ongoing - Temp to Perm Opportunities

Role Of A HGV Class 1 Driver:

• NDC Trunking Routes
• Yard Shunting Available
• Liaising With Transport Team Pre & Post Shift
• Adhering To All Working Time & Tachograph Regulations
• Pre Vehicle & Trailer Checks
• Load Checks
• Completing All Related Paper Work & Debrief Information
• Pulling Curtains
• Liaising With Loading/Unloading Customer & Security Teams
• Take Drug & Alcohol Test Prior To Assessment
