Job:  Class One Driver

Location: Crawley And Surrounding Areas

Pay: Job Dependent

The Best Connection Employment Group are currently seeking ADHOC Class 1 Drivers.

The successful candidates will possess a current and valid Category C+E Licence, Digi tacho and CPC card.

Jobs can range from Long Haul Trunking, Multi Drop with deliveries of caged and palletized goods as well as working within the building and aggregates industries.     There are some ongoing opportunities with set clients for the right candidates as well. Opportunities for those with HIAB licenses for select jobs. 

Hours off Work:

• Monday to Sunday ADHOC work: Earliest start time 05:00 but Start and finish times may vary. 

Rate of Pay:

Job Dependent PAYE

Responsibilities of the Class 1 Driver:

• Operate a Class 1 vehicle from Crawley to various locations the UK
• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicles.
• Follow all required safety policies and procedures required of them
• Complete timesheets and effectively communicate with our clients and their customers

Requirements of the Class 1 Driver:

• Category C+E Licence.
• CPC.
• Digi Tacho.
• Experienced drivers are preferred but we are open to newly qualified drivers.
