The Best Connection are proud to be working in partnership with one of the UKs leading distribution companies. Our client based on the outskirts of Redhill are looking for staff on a permanent basis to help their busy operation. 

You will be driving a Cat C / Class 2 vehicle to deliver products all across the UK, due to some of the distance the occasional night out is required. The products can vary in size, so you will need to have a keen eye for heights, weights and be able to safely secure the loads before you set off! 

This contract is a Temp to Perm, meaning you will complete a number of weeks via the agency after which if successful you will be offered a permanent position!! Also there is plenty of room for progression on to the larger vehicle. 

Requirements of the Driver:

• Valid Cat C or Cat CE Licence
• DIGI Tacho Card 
• CPC Card 
• Previous experience desirable. 

We have 2 different roles available! Please see details below:

Role 1: Based out of Salfords, Redhill 

• Monday to Friday - with very rare nights out during the week 
• Driving a Class 1 or 2
• Pay £15.32 per hour, weekly pay on a Friday 
• Once Permanent you will receive HIAB training FOC and a pay increase to £16.40.
• Start times 06:00am
• Location, outskirts Redhill 

Role 2: Relief Driver 

• Monday to Friday - with very rare nights out during the week 
• Driving a Class 1 or 2
• Pay £17.53 per hour, weekly pay on a Friday 
• Start times 06:00am
• Location mainly based at Salfords, Redhill but also will be covering shifts in the local / South Coast / Kent / M4 Corridor.
