Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle, ensuring compliance with road and driving regulations. 🚚
• Load and unload a variety of construction materials, sometimes using a tail lift or other equipment. ⚙️
• Accurately follow delivery schedules and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly. 📄
• Communicate effectively with site managers and clients to confirm delivery instructions. 📞
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs or issues. 🔧
• Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and organisation. 🚿
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols, especially when operating in construction environments. 🦺

Requirements:

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence. 📜
• Current Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card. 🕒
• Strong understanding of safe loading practices and securing cargo. 🛠️
• Good geographical knowledge of the local area and ability to plan efficient routes. 🗺️
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently. ⏱️
