HGV CLASS 2 DRIVER - NURSLING

The Best Connection is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for our well-established client based in Nursling, Southampton.
Due to increased demand and peak-season growth, we have immediate opportunities available with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidates.

Pay Rates

- £17.23 per hour
- Up to £34.46 per hour on weekends during peak periods
- Weekly pay every Friday

Location

- Nursling, Southampton

Shift Pattern

- AM or PM shifts available
- Start times between 04:00 and 06:00 or 12:00 and 18:00
- Working any 5 days out of 7
- Weekend availability required

The Role

You will be carrying out shuttle runs between satellite distribution centres across the South.

- No multi-drop deliveries

- Ongoing work available throughout peak

- Full training provided

- On-site parking

- Potential temp-to-perm opportunity

- Vehicle checks before and after each shift

We're happy to consider newly qualified drivers and provide the support and training needed to help gain valuable industry experience and start your HGV journey.

Previous Class 2 experience is required but not essential

What You'll Need

- Full UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence

- Valid CPC card

- Digital Tachograph card

- Good communication skills

- Reliable and professional attitude

- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
