The Best Connection is currently recruiting AD HOC HGV Class 2 Drivers for clients based in the Croydon area. We are seeking reliable and experienced drivers to support a range of ongoing assignments.

Working Hours

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Start Times: Between 05:00 - 13:00
• Finish Times: Between 16:00 - 23:00

Pay Rates

• £17.00 - £19.00 per hour
• Holiday pay not included in pay rates
• Overtime available

Role Duties

As AD HOC HGV Class 2 Drivers, you may be required to undertake a variety of assignments, including:

• Event and production transport with no loading and unloading
• Delivering scaffolding equipment with no loading and unloading
• Multi-drop deliveries of food and catering items
• Multi-drop deliveries of building materials
• Other general Class 2 driving tasks as required

Requirements of AD HOC HGV Class 2 Drivers

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Category C entitlement
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Valid CPC Card
• Valid Digital Tachograph (Digi) Card
