The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Class 1 Shunter Driver to join our client based in Liverpool. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long‑term stability and excellent working conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe movement of Class 1 vehicles between two nearby sites
• Monday - Friday 0700 - 1700
• Manoeuvring vehicles into restricted and confined spaces
• General yard duties when shunting work is complete
• Ensuring high standards of safety and professionalism at all times

Requirements

• Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
• NEWLY PASSED DRIVERS WELCOME
• Good awareness of yard safety
• Ability to manoeuvre large vehicles confidently
