Class 1 Night Driver - Ongoing Work Available

The Best Connection are currently recruiting Class 1 (CE) Night Drivers for our client based in Eastleigh. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, full-time work with a well-established operation offering regular hours, excellent rates of pay, and additional earning potential through overtime and weekend shifts.

Pay Rates:

• £18.79 per hour
• Sunday shifts available at £27.44 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shifts
• Start times between 15:00 and 19:00pm
• Ongoing work available right through to Christmas and beyond

The Role

• Night trunking runs to the main hub in Coventry
• No handball involved
• Pre- and post-vehicle checks
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety
• Working as part of a busy and supportive transport operation

Requirements

• Valid UK Class 1 (Category CE) Licence
• CPC Qualification Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous commercial driving experience
• Professional and reliable attitude
• Good communication skills

Newly qualified Class 1 drivers are welcome to apply, although previous commercial driving experience is preferred.
