***HGV CLASS 1 DAY DRIVERS WANTED***

Here at The Best Connection we are looking Class 1 day drivers to join our client based in Nursling, Southampton.
This role is temporary but if successful, you can go on to have ongoing work / temp to perm.

Salary - £16.00 PAYE / £20.00 UMBRELLA

Start Time - Between 06:00am / 07:00am

Shift Patterns - Monday to Friday

Location - Nursling, Southampton

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Driving Class 1 curtain sider vehicle
- Mainly doing day trunks up to their main hub in Derby
- Doing bulk deliveries and collections around local area
- Picking up containers and delivering to clients
- Vehicle checks before and after each shift
- Reporting any issues to the shift manager

WHAT IS REQUIRED FROM YOU:

- Full UK C+E Licence
- Valid CPC & Digi Card
- DP World Card required, not essential
- Must have 2 years experience on class 1
- Container experience, not essential
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- On-site parking
- Potential for ongoing work
