Our client, a leading global automotive glass manufacturing company currently require Production Operatives to join their team, located in the Lakeside area of Redditch. The positions will involve a number of duties including production and assembly of automotive glass, quality inspection and other general duties.

Working hours:

•  Monday to Friday
•  Weekly Rotating shift (06.00 - 14.00/ 14.00 - 22.00)

Pay Rates:

• Starting pay rate £13.00, rising to £13.42 after 6 weeks, rising to £13.85 after 12 weeks.
• Overtime paid at £17.30, rising to £17.85 after 6 weeks, rising to £18.43 after 12 weeks
• £500.00 annual attendance bonus paid at £41.66 per month (Based on attendance criteria)
