The role offers regular shifts Monday to Friday with a chance of becoming permanent after a 12 weeks trial period. There is opportunity for overtime when available which is paid at an increased rate. Hours & Pay Rate for the General Operative:

• £12.21 per standard hours
• £16.00 per hour after 39 hours
• £16.00 per hour weekends and Bank Holidays
• Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30
• Friday 08:00-15:30

Duties for the General Operative include:

• Working within the Carpet industry
• Managing the machines
• Beaming and Creeling
• Picking and packing
• Loading and unloading
