Temporary Contract | Two Shifts Available | Starts Mid‑March

The Best Connection are recruiting for General Operatives to join a busy manufacturing and production facility based in Great Yarmouth. This is a great opportunity for reliable candidates looking for ongoing temporary work in a hands-on environment.

Shifts available (choose your preferred shift):

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00

Pay Rates:

• £12.21 per hour
• Increasing to £12.71 per hour in April

Duties will include:

• Supporting day-to-day production processes
• Operating basic tools and equipment
• Preparing, measuring, and cutting materials
• Assisting with the assembly of products and components
• Carrying out manual handling tasks
• Ensuring work areas remain clean, organised, and safe
• Following production instructions and quality standards

The ideal candidate:

• Comfortable with physical/manual work
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to follow instructions and work safely
• Previous labouring, warehousing, or production experience is beneficial but not essential

Contract details:

• Temporary contract starting mid‑March
• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
