As a General Operative, you will be responsible for checking quality and appearnce of fresh produce. Your role will ensure that only the best products reach our customers. You will work with a team to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in our grading processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort produce based on size  and quality.
• Inspect produce for defects and other quality issues.
• Operate machinery.
• Pack produce for distribution and storage.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
