The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for General Operatives in Banbury working for our client,  an automotive manufacturing company. 

No previous experience is needed as full training will be given. Our client are looking for General Operative candidates with an excellent attitude towards work and great attendance. This is an ongoing position that may lead to permanent contract following a successful trial period.

Hours of work and pay rates for General Operatives:

• Day shift: 07.00 - 15.00 or 6.00 - 14.00 paid at £11.55 p/h
• Late shift:  14.00 - 22.00 paid at £13.64 p/h
• 2 shift rotational 06.00 - 14.00 and 14.00 - 22.00 paid at £13.64 p/h
• Night Shift: 22.00 - 06.00 or 23.00 - 07.00 paid at £15.44 p/h

Duties and requirements for General Operatives:

• Assembly and quality inspection of automotive parts such as bumpers, side panels and door sills
• Good Attention to detail 
• Great attitude and team work
