The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a General Operative on behalf of our client in Smethwick.

Pay Rate

£12.71 per hour

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

40 hours per week

As a General Operative, your duties will include:

• Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking low-access equipment such as ladders.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Carrying out manual handling of low-access equipment.
• Assisting customers at the trade counter.
• Providing a friendly and professional service to customers.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Communicate effectively and confidently.
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Have good timekeeping and attendance.
• Are comfortable dealing directly with customers.
• Are physically capable of carrying out manual handling duties.
