Shift Time: Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm

Here at The Best Connection we are recruiting for a General Operative to join our client in Farnham. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with product enquiries
• Receiving, unloading, and merchandising stock
• Plant care including watering, pruning, and general maintenance
• Keeping all areas clean, tidy, and well-presented
• Supporting seasonal displays and promotional setups
• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Friendly and approachable manner
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good level of physical fitness (role involves lifting and outdoor work)
• Flexibility to busy seasonal periods
• Previous horticulture experience is desirable but not essential
• Must be able to drive to the location.
