General Operatives Required - Kingswinford Area

The Best Connection is currently recruiting General Operatives for a variety of opportunities with our well-established clients in the Kingswinford area.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are available for an immediate start and eager to join busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.

Typical Duties May Include:

• Assembly and production line work
• Packing and labelling products
• Machine operating and machine feeding
• Quality checking finished goods
• Loading and unloading materials
• Palletising and wrapping stock
• General warehouse and housekeeping duties

Shifts Available:

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00
• 22:00 - 06:00

Various shift patterns are available depending on client requirements.

Pay Rates:

• £12.71 per hour (base rate)
• Up to £13.01 per hour depending on shift start times

What We're Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience beneficial, but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Flexibility to work different shifts where required
