Skills & Experience Required

• FLT is an advantage but not essential...training will be provided upon a successful probation period.

  Physical fit as heavy and continuous lifting may be involved.

  Able to integrate into the work environment and follow instructions, be a team player.

  Ability once trained to work with minimal supervision.

  Be prepared to work various shift patterns including weekends to meet the needs of the business and customer demands.

Duties Include:

• Supervision to ensure process/procedures are followed correctly
• Team building to be carried out on a regular basis
• Deliver and review training to both new and existing employees
• Assist Operations Production Manager with carrying out absence/return to work meetings
• Assist Operations Production Manager with Performance Appraisals
• Organising production
• Carry out planning on a daily and weekly basis
• Follow and meet production plan
• Raw material stock control
• Ordering of raw materials and consumables
• Forecast against production schedule
• Assessment to agreed planning to meet customer demand
• Finished product stock control
• Assess to agreed planning to meet customer demand
• Consumable and sundry stock control
• Assess to agreed planning to meet customer demand

Shift:

* Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm and Friday 08:00 to 1:00pm

Pay:

* £13.41 per hour
