Our client based in Twycross is seeking reliable General Operatives to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This well-established company manufactures and assembles high-quality agricultural trailers, including cattle trailers, bale trailers, and horse trailers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn new skills, and is looking for long-term employment with full training provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Operating machinery (full training provided)

• Assisting with the assembly of small parts

• Quality checking and product testing

• Testing electrical components

• Following instructions to assemble basic parts

• Carrying out general manual duties

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Working Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday.

• 08:00 - 16:30.

• £13.00 per hour.

• Overtime may be available

Candidate Requirements

• Reliable and punctual

• Comfortable with manual, hands-on work

• Willing to learn new skills

• Good attention to detail

• Team player with a positive attitude
