We are currently recruiting a General Operative on behalf of a well‑established manufacturing company based in Brownhills. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and experienced operative looking for long‑term, stable work with regular overtime available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating band saws and chop saws
• Using angle grinders
• Assisting with general factory and production duties
• Operating an overhead crane
• Safe operation of an FLT Combi truck
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting the team across the shop floor as required

Requirements:

• Valid FLT Combi licence (essential)
• Clean UK driving licence - no points
• Previous experience with band/chop saws
• Overhead crane experience
• Confident using angle grinders
• Experience within a general factory or manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Reliable, hardworking, and team‑focused

Working Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 07:54 - 16:30
• Friday: 07:54 - 13:30

Pay & Benefits:

• £13.47 per hour
