Full-Time Night Shift Picker / Packer

📍 Location: Scunthorpe

🕙 Hours: 22:00 - 06:00 (Full-Time, Night Shift)

We are currently recruiting Full-Time Picker / Packers to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Scunthorpe. This is a permanent, hands-on role on night shifts, ideal for candidates looking for consistent, full-time work.

Roles & Duties

• Accurately picking stock using pick lists or hand-held scanners
• Packing products securely and efficiently for dispatch
• Meeting productivity and accuracy targets
• Checking goods for quality, damage, or discrepancies
• Labelling, sorting, and preparing orders for shipment
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
• Adhering to all health & safety policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous picking/packing or warehouse experience preferred, but not essential
• Reliability and commitment to full-time night shifts (22:00-06:00)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
• A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
