General Operative - Concrete Prefabricates

Working Hours:

• During peak periods: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Overtime may be available
• Weekends: Saturday and Sunday shifts available

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (first 40 hours)

£14.21 per hour (after 40 hours)

£14.21 per hour (Saturday)

£15.21 per hour (Sunday)

£40 attendance bonus for every fully completed week

Role:

We are looking for a General Operative to work within concrete prefabricates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production, handling, and assembly of concrete prefabricated products.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow production schedules and maintain quality standards.
• Handle materials, including loading, unloading, moving, and heavy lifting of concrete components.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
• Support the team with general tasks as required to meet production targets.
