Job Overview

The Best Connection Tamworth is recruiting a General Operative for our client based in Wilnecote, Tamworth.

This is an excellent opportunity offering possible permanent positions following a successful trial period. The role involves hands-on work in an industrial environment and may include working both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading items

• Sweeping and general housekeeping duties

• Jet washing metal framework

• Working in a dirty and dusty industrial environment.

• Maintaining site cleanliness and safety standards at all times

The Ideal Candidate

• Comfortable working in a physical, industrial environment

• Happy to work outdoors when required

• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious

• Previous industrial or process work experience desirable but not essential

• Willing to get hands-on and work as part of a team
