Galvanising Operative

📍 Location: Willenhall
⏱ Hours: 40 hours per week
💷 Pay Rate: £12.73 per hour + overtime available

The Best Connection Walsall are currently recruiting for a Galvanising Operative to join a well-established client in the Willenhall area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with full training provided and the chance to progress.

Working Hours

• Training period: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
• After training: Rotating shifts
  • 06:00 - 14:00
  • 14:00 - 22:00

Overtime is available and paid at an enhanced rate.

Duties will include:

• Preparing metal products for the galvanising process
• Loading and unloading materials onto production lines
• Assisting with dipping and coating processes
• Quality checking finished products
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous industrial or production experience preferred
• Ability to work shifts once trained
• Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role
• Reliable and punctual
