** Permanent Job Role **Do you have experience in Sea Freight Operations and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We are seeking an organised and proactive Ocean freight / Multimodal Operator to join our forwarding team.

Experience :

• Minimum 2 years previous sea freight experience
• Customs clearance knowledge
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Air/road freight experience desirable but not essential

Duties Include:

• Manage sea freight import/export files from quotation to delivery
• Support air and road freight bookings (full training provided)
• Liaise with customers, agents and suppliers
• Arrange customs clearance and final delivery
• Resolve operational issues professionally
• Ensure accurate file costing and invoicing
• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to help grow our multimodal offering

Shifts/ Pay:

• Monday - Friday 08:00 -17:00
• 34k to 36k (dependant upon experience)
