The Best Connection Group LTD are currently recruiting for a well known Bakery company in the Central Birmingham area to join their well established team. We are recruiting for Freezer operatives to work in their cold room picking orders and sorting out deliveries. THIS ROLE IS WORKING A FULL SHIFT IN -20 DEGREES. 

Responsibilities of the Freezer operative:

• Pick orders than are kept in the freezer room
• Unpack deliveries 
• Sort new produce into the correct department

You will be provided protective clothing for the shift

The ideal candidate has the following:

• Good attitude to work in the harsh conditions
• A can do attitude
• Efficient and fast working pace
• Experience in Freezer/cold room

Hours of work:

• 6am-2pm / 2pm - 10pm
• THIS ROLE IS BOTH AMs AND PMs, YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR BOTH
• We cannot guarantee 5 days a week it is completed on a rota basis

Pay Rate:

Before 12 weeks

• £11.44p/h (0600-1800)
• £12.44p/h (1800-0600)
• Overtime after 39 hours: 0600-1800 - £13.44p/h / 1800-0600 - £14.44p/h

After 12 weeks

• £11.70p/h (Days)
• £13.16p/h (Back shift)
• Overtime after 39 hours: Days - Mon-Sat £17.55p/h, Sun+BH £23.40p/h
• Backs after 39hrs - Mon-Sat £19.74p/h, Sun+BH £26.33p/h
