We have a client in Colwick Nottingham who are looking for a Counterbalance driver who has experience with stock and using a SAP system.

Job Role:
To manage all aspects of incoming and outgoing goods associated with the Alternative Fuel business out of the Nottingham facility of the business, and ensure that the incoming and outgoing goods are processed, manage the stores area, and ensure the picking and WIPing for production, is complete.

The Job is working Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm 

Core Duties:

• Maintain the stores (housekeeping, storing, labelling) and control access and store procedures
• Maintain the yard and tent area (housekeeping, storing, labelling)
• Complete cycle/annual stocktakes
• Ensuring the requirements of the quality system at the client is maintained where appropriate
• Maintain the data on the business system (SAP) with regards to storage location of components and finished goods
• Maintain inventory through goods receipting and issuing processes
• Participate in quarterly stock takes
• Conduct weekly high moving stock counts
• Administration and reporting as necessary
• Receive goods deliveries and ensure they are processed
• Inspect and verify the goods are conforming to delivery note, inspect for quality and ensure quantities are correct
• Report on any discrepancies or damage to the stock
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods
• Label stock items with stock numbers
• Ensure goods are put away in the correct stock location
• Pick Spares Orders
• Pick Production Orders and WIP Stock
• Ensure you are always working in a safe manner, this includes ensuring you are wearing the appropriate P.P.E

Requirements of the Applicant:

• National Forklift B licence (No in-house)
• Experienced in stock management and good receiving
• Strong IT Skills
• SAP Knowledge
• Good Attention to detail
• Work Under pressure
