Job Description - FLT Driver/Warehouse Op

Location: Busy 3PL Warehouse

Hours: Day shifts, Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day, with flexibility on start and finish time. 08:00 till 16:00 or 10:00 till 18:00

Pay: 13.70 per hour with forklift ticket

Pay: 12.50 per hour without forklift ticket

Contract: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced FLT Drivers/ Warehouse Op to join our team in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment. The role involves safely and efficiently unloading and loading trailers across multiple customer contracts, as well as picking stock both using MHE and manually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate FLT trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load and unload trailers for multiple customer contracts.
• Non paletised containers to be unleaded and paletised.
• Pick stock accurately using MHE or by hand as required.
• Support general warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow all site health & safety rules and company procedures.
• Work flexibly to meet varying start and finish times.
• Lifting Bulky items up to 30-35kg

Requirements:

• Valid FLT licence (in-date - In House accepted).
• Valid Counterbalance, Reach, Flexi or clamp.
• Previous warehouse and MHE experience - min 1 years
• Ability to carry out manual handling and physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and shift times.
• Good team player with a proactive attitude.
