Reach Truck / Forklift Driver (Picking & Packing)

Location: Hoo, Kent

Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

Overtime Rate: £18.75 per hour

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Truck / Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse operation based in Hoo, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a long-term position with excellent rates of pay.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Reach Truck, as well as carrying out picking, packing, and general warehouse duties to support the smooth running of the operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading stock within the warehouse.
• Picking orders accurately using pick sheets or handheld scanners.
• Packing products to company standards.
• Moving stock to designated locations.
• Conducting stock checks and inventory counts when required.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Reach Truck licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Experience with picking and packing duties.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
