Production Operative – Supermarket Distribution Centre

Location: PR2, Preston
Salary: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:45pm
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (with potential to go permanent)

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy supermarket distribution centre in the PR2 area of Preston.

This is a hands-on role working with raw sausage and bacon, either on the production line or moving trays of fresh meat. No previous experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling raw meat products (sausage and frozen bacon)
Working on a fast-paced production line
Moving and stacking trays of fresh meat
Maintaining hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

No previous experience required
Comfortable working in a chilled food production environment
Ability to work well as part of a team
