• Food Production Operator - Strood 
• Monday to Friday 08:30– 04:30pm 
• £11.44 per hour 

The Best Connection is looking for Production ops to join thier client , a successful and established organisation, are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Food Production Operatives to join their thriving team.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, with a high level of attention to detail, previous experience working within a food production environment is preferred, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload!

Duties include:

• Prepare production in accordance with daily order sheets.
• Prepare all raw materials so they’re ready for production.
•  Weighing out of ingredients 
• Stacking all finished products, and any other manual handling required.
• Escalating any stoppages, faults or imperfections.
• Always adhering to all health and safety/hygiene guidelines.

​The right candidate will have / be:

• Experience working within the food manufacturing industry is preferred but not essential.
• A strong team player.
• Computer literate.
• Helpful, reliable, and confident.
• Quick and methodical.
• Health and safety awareness.
• Flexible and proactive.
