Food Production Operatives - Day Shifts

Location: Redruth, Cornwall

Pay: £12.71 per hour (with potential increase)

We're recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy factory in Redruth. With roles available in Quality control, filleting, scallop cutting, weighing, packing, palletising, and dispatch, there are opportunities to suit a range of skills and interests.

Shift Pattern:

• Day shift: 06:00 - 15:00
• Full-time

Your Duties May Include:

• Receiving and checking fish and shellfish for quality
• Filleting fish and scallop cutting (training provided)
• Weighing fish to meet portion sizes
• Making and assembling trays and packaging
• Packing and labelling finished products
• Stacking fillets and palletising products for dispatch
• Dispatch duties - preparing and checking orders for delivery
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
