The Best Connection are currently looking to recruit a Food Production Operative, to work at our client's busy dairy production factory, based in Twyford, between Southampton and Winchester.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Helping with all aspects of food production
• Helping to produce ice cream
• Working in a chilled factory environment on rotating shifts
• Handling raw ingredients
• Setting and operating a variety of machines
• Packaging finished products
• Adhering to food hygiene standards
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Previous food production experience is essential to be considered for this role. Due to the working location, having your own mode of transport (car, motorcycle etc.) is essential to be considered for this role, as public transport is not an option. Due to the nature of the role, you have to be happy to work in a chilled environment. This is to work on rotating shifts. Please do NOT apply if you do not meet this criteria.

This is for an immediate start, following a successful interview with the company.

This is a full-time, ongoing position, on a temp-to-perm basis, meaning there is potential for the company to offer a permanent contract after a qualifying period, depending on performance and attendance.

This is to work on a rotating shift pattern, with one week of early shifts, one week of late shifts, and so on.

The early shifts are 06:00 - 14:15, Monday - Friday.

The late shifts are 14:00 - 22:15, Monday - Friday.

Starting pay rate of £12.90 per hour.
