The Best Connection are representing a client in Gainsborough who need an extra Reach Truck Driver to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move goods and materials around our warehouse or production site, ensuring efficient and safe storage, handling, and distribution of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
• Organize and store materials in an efficient manner to maximize space.
• Inspect the forklift for operational safety and perform basic maintenance.
• Ensure all shipments are handled properly to avoid damage.
• Follow safety regulations and company protocols.
• Assist with inventory control and tracking of materials.

Requirements

• Valid forklift operator license/certification.
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
