• Hours: 06:00 – 16:00

The Best Connection is recruiting a Forklift Reach Operative on behalf of our client, a leading produce warehouse based in Maidstone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift reach truck to load and unload vehicles.
• Support general warehouse operations.
• Assist with order picking (minimal manual handling involved).
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the 2°C temperature-controlled warehouse.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift reach truck license (preferred) and relevant experience.
• Ability to work efficiently and safely in a chilled environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
