Reach & Counterbalance FLT Driver - Coldstore

The Best Connection is currently recruiting for an experienced Reach & Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy coldstore operation on a temp-to-perm basis.

The Role

Working within a busy coldstore environment, you will play a key role in ensuring goods are moved, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently.

Duties will include:

• Operating Reach and Counterbalance FLTs
• Goods in and goods out
• Picking and preparing orders
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Operating PPT equipment
• Moving and storing stock safely within the coldstore
• Ensuring goods are stored correctly and efficiently
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
• Following all health & safety and coldstore procedures

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous warehouse and FLT experience
• Hold valid Reach and Counterbalance FLT licences/certificates
• Be comfortable working in a coldstore environment
• Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Work well as part of a team
• Be flexible and willing to assist with general warehouse duties when required

Pay & Hours

£13.50 per hour
Monday to Friday, 05:00-13:30
