Requirements of a Weekend FLT Counterbalance Operative:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence required
• Willing to apply for a DBS Check (paid for by us!)
• 5-year checkable work history (obtained by us!)
• Willing to attend Aviation Cargo Operative Training (paid for by us!)
• Flexibility is essential
• Weekend and bank holiday availability required

Role of a Weekend FLT Counterbalance Operative:

• Operating Counterbalance FLT safely in a busy warehouse environment
• Loading and unloading cargo and freight
• Moving stock to designated warehouse locations
• Supporting warehouse operations when required
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures
• General warehouse duties as needed
