An established warehouse in Kettering is looking for an FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver's to join their team. The successful candidate will work within a small team, supporting replenishment, loading/unloading, and general warehouse duties. This is an ongoing role.

Shifts and Pay:

Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload goods from vehicles using Counterbalance
• Put away stock into racking locations using Reach Truck
• Pick and move stock accurately within the warehouse
• Carry out stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy
• Follow all site health and safety procedures
• Support with general warehouse duties when required

Requirements:

• Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences
• Previous FLT & warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Proactive and reliable attitude
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
