Forklift Operatives – Ongoing Opportunities Across Cornwall
We are currently recruiting Forklift Operatives for a number of well-established clients across Cornwall. These roles offer consistent hours, supportive teams, and the potential for permanent positions following a successful trial period.

Locations: Penzance | Newquay | Helston | Bodmin | St Austell
Pay Rate:
- £12.50 to £14.00 per hour
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- Typical start time between 06:00 – 08:30
- Some flexibility may be available depending on the site
Typical Duties May Include:
- Operating forklifts to move stock, produce, packaging and materials around the site
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Assisting with stock movements in storage, packing, or production areas
- Keeping work areas tidy and well-organised
- Supporting production, dispatch or goods-in teams as required
- Following all health & safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Forklift Counterbalance licence (in-date and accredited, although some clients will re-train if you have an in-house ticket)
- Previous forklift or warehouse experience is advantageous
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
