The Best Connection (Newcastle) are currently recruiting for a Counter Balance FLT Operative to work for our client based in Jarrow. Our client is one of the UK’s largest Agriculture suppliers.

This role is temp to perm for the right candidate. 

The role:

• Operating Counter Balance FLT to perform standard warehouse tasks
• Loading and unloading vehicles,  general house keeping
• This role will involve hand-balling, so manual handling activities such as (but not limited to) pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying will be required
• Navigating through small spaces and tight areas
• Abide to company Health and Safety policies 

The candidate:

• Counterbalance FLT Experience (Both Valid and inhouse Licence's welcome)
• Physically fit as the role will involve manual handling 
• Able to work under own initiative or part of a team
• Flexible outlook as working hours can vary slightly

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday
• 07.00am till 17.00pm Monday to Friday (Overtime available)

Pay Rate:

• £12.28 per hour basic rate
