The Best Connection are recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Operative on behalf of an established manufacturer, who are based in Speke.

Duties of this role include:

• Operating a counterbalance FLT 
• Moving raw materials to the production area to ensure materials are readily available so that the production lines run efficiently at all times
• Loading/unloading vehicles
• Collecting finished goods from the lines, wrapping/ strapping the pallets and relocating them to the storage areas in the warehouse
• Other general warehouse duties as required 

The working hours are predominantly 6am-2pm Monday-Thursday, and 6am- 11.30am on a Friday.

There is also potential to need to occasionally cover the afternoon shift which is Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm (11.30am- 5pm Friday)

To be considered for this role, we require candidates to have the following: 

• Accredited FLT counterbalance license e.g. RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT etc. 
• Previous experience working as a FLT counterbalance driver 
• Able to provide at least 1 reference from a previous employer
