FLT Counterbalance / Bendi / Pivot Truck Driver

Are you an experienced FLT Counterbalance, Bendi or Pivot Truck Operator looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking FLT Operator to join a friendly warehouse team. Working Hours

Training Period:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

After Training: Rotating shifts:

• Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating FLT Counterbalance, Bendi or Pivot trucks safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles in line with operational requirements
• Moving stock accurately throughout the warehouse
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Carrying out goods-in and goods-out duties
• Completing daily FLT safety checks and reporting any defects
• Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
• Ensuring products are stored correctly and warehouse locations are maintained
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures and company policies
• Supporting the wider warehouse team to achieve productivity targets

What We're Looking For

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (Bendi, Pivot or Reach experience advantageous)
• Previous warehouse experience
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual and proactive approach to work
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts after the training period
