FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: PR4 area, 24min drive from Preston town, 12 miles.

Job Type: Ongoing - Temp to Perm after 12 weeks

Shifts: Rotating Days & Nights

We are currently recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver for an ongoing position based in a rural location. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with regular, consistent shifts.

Shift Pattern

• Days: 6:00am - 4:00pm (4 days on, 2 days off)
• Nights: 4:00pm - 2:00am (rotational after days)

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently
• Palletising goods
• Transporting goods between the yard and warehouse
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock to and from production areas
• Following all site safety routes and procedures
• Ensuring safe driving practices at all times

Requirements

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in date)
• Own transport due to rural location and shift times
• Previous FLT / warehouse experience preferred
• Strong awareness of health & safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work days and nights
