The Best Connection is recruiting reliable and dedicated FLT Counterbalance Drivers in the Tewkesbury area to support operations within a Chilled Food and Logistics Company.
Pay Rates:
- £13.63 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Linking production with the transport team
- Helping ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and loaded safely.
- Work across areas including the chilled warehouse, glass fridge, factory floor and external loading bays, supporting the flow of products to wholesale customers and outlying depots.
This is a physical, temperature-controlled environment and requires a high level of accuracy and pride in doing things right.

- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit for repetitive tasks and standing
Shift Pattern:
- Working 5 days within a Monday - Saturday rota
- Shift times vary based on requirement
- Early morning starts
