The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client's team in Rowley Regis.

💷 Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

🕐 Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 11:30-20:30

📅 40 hours per week

🔧 About the Role

This is a varied position, with the role split approximately 50% warehouse work and 50% forklift duties.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Manually picking tyres and using a forklift when required
• Safely moving tyres around the warehouse using an FLT
• Supporting general warehouse duties
• Carrying out any other reasonable duties requested by the manager

✅ What We're Looking For

• A valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence
• Good communication skills
• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
