Job Role - Flexographic Printer Operator (Manufacturing Industry)

As a Flexographic Printer Operator in Tamworth, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing machinery within the manufacturing industry, ensuring high-quality output for food packaging products.

Key Responsibilities

• Running a Flexographic Printing Operator machine
• Programming machinery and mixing inks accurately
• Ensuring correct alignment of materials and print quality
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following all health & safety and food industry regulations
• Supporting general warehouse and production duties when required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Flexographic Printer Operator is essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
• Understanding of print quality standards
