Job Title: Skilled Fitter
Location: Aldridge, West Midlands
Hourly Rate: £12.47 per hour + Overtime 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (07:30 AM start)

About the Role:
As a Skilled Fitter, you’ll handle a variety of tasks essential to keeping our operations running smoothly. Your day will range from preparing surfaces for painting and fitting windows, to conducting maintenance work and even some basic plumbing. You’ll also have the chance to enhance your skills across multiple trades, with a steady stream of projects that need your expertise.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manual preparation for painting and finishing touches
• Basic plumbing tasks to support our facilities
• Fitting and securing windows and doors with precision
• Performing general maintenance as required
• Safe and skilled use of power tools
• Removing and replacing flooring as needed
• Installing or replacing wall and ceiling panels
• Continuously checking and maintaining our quality standards

Who We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be semi- or multi-skilled, with a background in joinery, plumbing, or electrical work. We’re looking for someone with a practical mindset who’s not afraid to jump in and tackle any task that comes their way.
