Finishing Operatives

Normanton | Immediate Starts | £14.50 - £17.00 per hour DOE | Initial 3-Month Assignment

The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of a long-standing manufacturing client in Normanton for experienced Finishing Operatives. If you have experience within manufacturing, production, assembly, or finishing and are looking for an immediate start, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role

• Grinding, sanding, polishing, and finishing products to a high standard.
• Using hand-held tools and finishing equipment.
• Carrying out quality inspections and minor rectification work.
• Working to production targets and quality standards.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping and health & safety practices.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or finishing experience.
• Experience using grinders, sanders, or hand tools is advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.

What's On Offer?

• £14.50 - £17.00 per hour depending on experience.

Shifts Available

* Days: 06:30 - 15:30 Monday to Friday (early finish Friday)

* Nights: 17:40 - 04:00 Monday to Thursday
