Working Hours: 07:30 - 18:00
Pay: £12.50 Per Hour
We are recruiting for a busy farm looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join us during a crucial time of year. If you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and love working outdoors, we want to hear from you!
Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting with seedbed preparation and planting
- Operating or assisting with seed drills and other farm equipment (training provided)
- General farm labour and maintenance
- Checking equipment and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Supporting the team to meet tight seeding schedules
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience in farm or physical outdoor work (preferred but not essential)
- Can handle early mornings and long days during peak season
- Is practical, dependable, and has a “can-do” attitude
- Is comfortable working as part of a team or independently
- Holds a valid driver’s license
