The Best Connection are recruiting for a Farm worker on behalf of our client based in Eggborough. 

Please note, own transport is essential due to the location of the vacancy.

Pay:

• £12- £12.50 per hour depending on experience 

Hours:

• Monday to Friday 7am- 3:30pm
• There is a weekend rota that includes every 2nd weekend (usually mornings only) 

Duties:

• General care of pigs (adult and piglet) 
• Inspecting animals daily- includes feeding using a tractor and feed trailer ( can give training on tractor but experience would be preferable) 
• Artificial insemination (Training given)
• Treating of sick pigs which can include injecting and record keeping- training given.

This is a long term position with the look to go permanent at the end of the trial period.
